Quotes On behalf of Ann and I, Roger and Marianne Grimes. Bob and Jennifer Rose. Pete Bowles and Sheila. I would like to express our most sincere thanks to yourself as the Clan Leader, the committee, all the speakers ( but especially Paul Headley for his immoral memory,) Basil and all his staff for producing such a wonderful Burns supper. As good as any that we have been to. We all realise that these events just don?t happen and lots of work is involve before and after the event for which we are truly grateful. Again all our thanks and we hope that Should Scotland break from the UK later in the year we English will still get an invitation in 2015. Love to Linda Howard and Ann Quotes

Quotes Many thanks to the Entertainments Committee and Basil and his staff for a fantastic 50s/60s Night. The entertainment was top notch and as always, the company was great. My 2 guests, as ex-military wives, felt and enjoyed the old Mess spirit! I have to say though...you know you're getting on, when you can sing along with all the words, do the harmonies and even know where to the 'doo-wops' go! Once again, a wonderful evening! Many thanks! Quotes Another big WELL DONE to Gil and his team. Gil, Doreen, Foz and Pat make an good team and produced an Excellent Ball. Of course you will have to better it next year but many people made a lot complimentaries regarding the function. The band was very good and we should consider them again. There were no members outside in the 'anti-room' this year. Well done guys, keep up the good work, Quotes

Quotes Well done to Gil and the team. Venue ideal and good support for a n event that is always dependant on the weather for part of its success. The other part is always down to the membership support . Everyone that I spoke to enjoyed the day enjoyed themselves. Looking forward to same music group on Boat Trip in June. Quotes

Quotes Very good and well attended Quiz Nite at Battle of Britain Memorial Hall on 16th April. Many thanks to the Doreen and her band of helpers, Hazel for another well run raffle. The food run by Gil and Foz was very efficient and the Quiz run by Chris, Bob and Linda posed the usual challenge. Thank you and well done Quotes

Quotes On behalf of Bob & Jennifer Rose, Ann and I, a most sincere thank you and congratulation to all the people who worked so hard to make the Burns Supper on Saturday night such a success. It was wonderful to meet Dougal Smith again ( he was the organist at Ann and my wedding in 1995 at Swanton Morley church) and a great Clan Chief and Haggis Toaster. All the top table performed to the highest standards and the City of Norwich Pipe Band were the icing on the cake. The food was as always superb, truly a night to remember, thank you so much. Ann has asked me to the committee for the wonderful flowers. Howard and Ann Dunne Quotes

Quotes Whilst many people enjoyed the Cabaret Night on 21st November, I did worry at one point that we may have to fund a defibrilator for the Hotel as there was every chance of a First Aid requirement; however Ron was able to relax once the event had passed. We had some really good support from the members and their guests but I suspect it was based on the very successful evening in 2014 where we were in the Kingfisher suite and the food and staff were in place before time to serve. This time we ran late which caused concern for many who then had to leave before the raffle in which they had invested their good money because their transport had arrived. Overall Polaris were very good as expected and the Guitarist was excellent. Hazel did her usual successful raffle and topped up the funds again. I think generally everyone enjoyed the evening but I doubt if next year's turn out will be as reliable. Well done those involved with the event and general arrangements and thank you Hazel. Quotes
